Way funny JAC, Not that this is the first time it's happened but you gotta laugh when you know that the guy in the shop over at Delta's warehouse spends all day turning those around, (he only get's 8 or 10 done per day with the laughter and all) hence the wage Yvan!!! Gotta love it!!!!!:eusa_clap
My best mentor one said " be fair with your priceing but never too low, be honest with your customer/competition, when the day is done be sure you have done "good works", and always leave something of value on the barganing table!!

While my friend and trainer/ mentor Ray has moved on, his words live.

I'm still laughing at myself. Now my next problem... I have to figure out how to get the drill bur in and out of the drill. I just picked it up and noticed there isn't one in there and in Oregon it was already in there.

I'm getting pretty good at the repairs practicing on old windshields, now if I was smarter than my tools :)

There is a blue button on the end of the drill. Press and hold, and unscrew the metal at the end. It will open a collet as you unscrew. Do that until the hole is large enough to get the bur in. Then, hold the blue button still, twist the metal the other way. :)

Remember to put the smooth end in the collet and leave the striated end out, it's the one that does the cutting......
