.Can I ask these question and I will answer about Ding King does it have a dry out system, UV cover and bullseye popper?
Screenman, it seems that you have come across alot of situations like this one before.
Re: need advice
I just checked out the Glass technologies website. Their kits look very similar to mine. Does that mean they also supply the same resin? Does anyone here use the GT system?

JAGON, I think you need to slow down a bit....
Your equipment WILL perform good repair work if...
You slow down, work the tools appropriately....
Your concerned about moisture? Good question... so what to do...
All of the seasoned techs here use some kind of moisture removal equipment..
StarQwest suggested you get some hands on with a seasoned tech, if that is something you can do I highly recomend you do that!!
If not, you need to proceed at a little slower pace, get a practice shield (glass) and learn how much heat to use and what the other problems are, with contaminates etc.... I use a micro-torch to dry out a wet chip. $5.00 at your local mini mart for a start. Just spend some time practicing, untill you are comfortable with your skills... Good luck...

My best mentor one said " be fair with your priceing but never too low, be honest with your customer/competition, when the day is done be sure you have done "good works", and always leave something of value on the barganing table!!

I am from Hays Kansas. I have talked to some windshield companies in my area. Some of them are stuck up. They did not want me to have any of their old windshields that was basically trash anyway. I just heard a rumor that they are going out of business soon.GlasWeldTech wrote:Jagon,
