tooldini is correct, You signed an agreement to accept the allowable charge for mobile service and also you signed that you would not charge the customer addition money with Harmon and Lynks.

Might not want to publisize too much in an open forum.

All this permit crap, it's just about money. There was a time when the USA didn't require any of these things, no income or sales tax and the country was strong. It's all BS.
