part two

it took about an hour to get a phone call from them today. Long story short, I got paid, funny why did it take so much work to get my money? I decided to stay through sunday to fulfill my commitment. So next week we will be running.

Thanks for the encouragement and support.

Way to go Mark, Best of luck. I too was dissatisfied with my employer last year and following a little discussion with my supervisor I was told to take the remainder of the day off as I was "too upset" to be dealing with the customers. So I went out and knocked down a weeks wages that afternoon!! This was prior to my getting into WSR. (I also do Vinyl repair) When my EX BOSS and I had our next discussion I explained their lack of appreciation for their employees and gave notice, A very good day, on a bad week I still do better, dollars wise than when I worked for someone else. :D Scott

Scott

isn't it great how we can whip up money so quickly in this business? When I am working for these guys I make pretty good money, but sometimes I feel that we pay a high price for the money we earn. In the position I am in curently I only work half days- 12 hours, pay for hotels, airfare, rental cars, supplies and eat resturant food for 12 days at a time, then come home and get caught up with everything that needs attention, not complaining, I am just ready for being home every night I want to be. And if I want to go see my son who is in school in AZ I can pack my tool kit and WRS while I am there and still make a good living out of town. The personal freedom this biz brings, well I don't know of many other home based business that work that way. I have made a few attempts over the years to have and grow a successful home based biz, for me I have finally found it.
