Word of Caution!!
Go to your pay pal account and see what they will do for you. Pay pal and e-bay will help you try to get a refund or the item you purchased.
I feel your pain, I too have almost lost out on a Ebay deal. (it was a printer)
Go to Paypal, after you log in, there is a Tab called the Resolution center, in that window there is a spot to "File a Claim" File that claim, if you've not heard from the seller in 2 weeks or more. File it, don't too long, if you do Paypal can't help you. I can't remember the cutoff. I took care of mine at the 4 week mark and Paypal took care of it. The seller eventually reimbursed me all my monies.
My personal hint is to never buy from anyone if there feedback is below around 98%.
Best of luck.
