Any milestones along the way?

To any of you approaching 10 years or more in WSR I was wondering what kind of milestones I should be looking for along the way. I have 1 year down and the evolution of the operation has been pretty drastic over the last 12 months. I am trying to implement a continuous improvent philosophy in everything and don't want to just start coasting and not thinking about what I am doing. What kinds of things should a growing WSR operation be prepared for as time is moving along. I mention all this because I saw Gold Star is almost at 10 years. I really wish I had jumped on this biz back in '96 as well!!!
