Partnerships ?

Just wondering how many of you all have some kind of partnership with replacement shops in your area for windshields that are to far gone to repair and have set up a referal fee ? what is a fair referal fee ? are most of the ones you use independent shops ?

No referal fees here just good working relationship, same with the PDR man, you never know when you might lean on a windshield or fender to hard and be in need of some help.

I have a great partnership......with my second company, which is licensed and insured as replacement only;) Not sure why some of you guys never look into that? I repair everything possible but during our cold winter months I actually make more money off replacements. Just in the last year I've totally taken control of all my truck fleets and charge more than services like Safelite or Harmon. How can I do this? It's called service!!!

I have a friend who has a Novus franchise. We was doing well with WSR but now also does replacement and his profits have sky rocketed. All those phone calls for replacement and unrepairable damages add up. All WSR guys should probably consider upgrading to also do replacement.
