Has anyone filed a claim through Alfa Insurance? How much do they allow? Are they with a network?

Alfa will usually bill direct ...but they also require the customer go to a local agent to fill out a proof of loss report before work is done. make sure it is signed in two (2) places...too many times we end up mailing it back to the customer for signature.
