Anyone from North Carolina ?

I am thinking of moving to Western North Carolina and want to get some input from any forum members who live near there. Just want to get an idea on how the WSR buisness is in that part of the country. The property values where I live have tripled in the last two years and I'm tired of the heat and dodging hurricanes. I cant make a living here doing WSR but would like to somewhere else, any input would be appreciated.
