Bussiness Structure

Alright people, I have a question. My brother and I are planning to start doing repairs, and we need to choose a business structure. Which business structure should I choose? Should I go with Sole Proprietorship, Partnership, or LLC. I am going to do repairs in WA and OR, because I live right on the border. I just want it to be simple, and get as much deductions as possible . I appreciate all the help.
