We use eDirect for our EDI, things are working great so far. When I enter in the amount to charge the insurance co. that becomes the standard. What will happen if you charge the ins co. more than their standard for the repair? Do they reject you? Also, Lynx has all their participants posted on their database, so I'm good with those. But what about Safelite, how do I get the pricing for Safelite's participants?
