Allstate put out a memo a few days ago stating their desire for technicians to file claims using electronic dispatch. This also means using a billing system that is able to allow Allstate to push referrals electronically to their billing system, rather than faxing them.

In the memo, it explains why it benefits Allstate, but also says this:

GCE participants that utilize electronic dispatching will also improve their opportunity for being included in the list of participants provided to policyholders who do not initially have a preference of glass service provider.

This means that you are more likely to receive referrals if you are utilizing an electronic billing system.

These systems include eDirectGlass, GTS Services, Mainstreet Computers, IBS Software, Digital Business Controls, Quest Software, and GlassMate.
