Any body here take the training course offered by Glass Mechanix in their Las Vegas Nevada headquarters?

If so how was it? Is it reccomended? What should i expect?

Thank you, any input would be greatly appreciated.

If you're just starting out in business, you should be trained on the type equipment that you plan to purchase (general rule). If you're going to buy GT equipment, take their training.

If cost is a consideration...Delta's is free and recommended, and you won't loose your shirt at the slots afterwards.:eusa_hand

Hi,
I went there (GM LV) myself two years ago.
Training, back then, was given by Bob Beveridge, the President at that time. It was a great training and a nice place to stay.

Thanks for the replies Dale & frank.

I'm excited to take the glass mechanix training course, i will be purchasing their equipment, so it is probably best to be trained with them on the equipment i will be utilizing.

I cant wait to get started, and i know by reading these message boards that my training doesn't stop once i return from vegas. I will be going down to my neighborhood junkyard here in ny and will be practicing plenty on there windshields on the lot.

thanks again

If you haven't already been to their training, expect to have a great time and lots of hands on training. Shelby is a great instructor.:eusa_clap They only train six people at a time. We had a guy from New Jersey, a couple from Maine, and myself from Norhtern Calif. and another gentleman from Santa Rosa Calif. It was nice making new friends from all over the good old U.S.

What is the cost for training, airfare and rooms? And do you think the training was of benefit?
