Insurance Question -eglassdirect

I was told that it is best to have 2 or 3 invoices ready before I do my eglassdirect walkthrough. What info do I get from the customer and insurance company before I contact eglass. Do I just call the insurance and get my auth and then proceed. What info do I need to collect besides insurance type, policy #, and auth from the insurance? I am a little confused!:eek:

rottdawg...first things first you must fill out paper work for lynx,harmon,safelite....once you have done that just call edirect and they will help you...

They also look for you to have $500,000 in commercial insurance. Ripoff!!!!!
