[FONT=Arial]Here's a report I received from my state of Texas regarding sales tax.[/FONT]
[FONT=Arial]I noticed on Safelite's faxed work orders that they ask for state sales tax. I will have to get straight with them.
Eliminating sales tax gets rid of a bundle of paperwork and less headaches.

Wow! You Texans are lucky... Finaly, I can say "Mine is bigger than yours" about Texas! I just with we were taking about something other than productivity fines (taxes).

I did repairs in Texas for 5 years. You do not have to collect sales tax in the State of Texas. WSR is clasified as labor, no tax is collected on labor. If you collect tax for WSR you will be the only one in the entire state. Hope that helps.
