Razor Blades?

Post by tooldini »

Were do I get some good razor blades in packs of 100? The ones that I got from glasweld were great but I can't seem to find any in larges packs or that are even any good. I have been about wearing my arm out scraping pit filler. How are the blades from delta kits?

thanks

Delta's blades are good. However, I find boxes of 100's at my local hardware store for a few cents less and I don't have to pay shipping. Sometimes they have to order them for me when they're out of stock.

Cool thanks I have to order some resins and figured maybe I would try some of there blades also. I tried hardware around my house with no luck at all,, even lowes and home depot.

I got the blades from Delta in their 100 pack. They are the only place I found that have the 100 packs. The best I could find before Delta was the packs of 10 that you get at Home Depot or Wally-World. They're Stanley blades that come in a plastic dispenser. I also bought two small Stanley Scrapers. They are yellow plastic doo-dads that store your blade safely when not in use. I love 'em. They can be found on the same display as the bulk razor blades at Home Depot. BTW, the blades that are in the Stanley dispensers, are the same as the ones that Delta sells.

Home Depot and Lowes carry them in the paint section. If you don't find them there also check their flooring section.
