Stopping the crack
Stopping the crack
When you guys talk about stopping the crack by popping bulls eye at the end and then filling it up, do you guys fill up the entire crack or just the bulls eye? :eusa_doh: Any help is appreciated.

Re: Stopping the crack
It depends on how well the bullseye stops the crack run. What you need to maintain, is the ability to flex the remainder of the crack to ensure good resin absorption. If you are confident that the crack is well and truly stopped by the bullseye, then continue to fill all the damage and cure it all on completion. If you think the crack is only partially stopped by the bullseye, fill & cure the bullseye then continue with the rest of the crack, but this will affect the ability to flex the crack.
