i did a 04 ford f150 dw1551 the other day and i as wondering if theres an easyer way to take the moulding off, because it has the metal in it. thanks

Side Moldings? Equalizer sells a tool just to remove these.

it aint posta have a metal lined moulding

they do have metal well carlite and ppg aand plk does i dont know about the other brands. i use my express across the top so i dont have to worry about removeing the moulding. but if you dont want to do that try cutting the little flap off the moulding but leave the rest. or what i use to do was cut through the metal with a pipeknife.
