What Delta kit/s are these?

Anybody have any idea as to what kind of Delta kits these are ( at the above link) ?

What would be considered "good value ' for 3 of these kits?

Those are NOT Delta Kits' equipment. I have no idea what it is, and would be very leery of buying something that has been misrepresented like that.
