franchising the wsr business out

Do any of you know of any companies that are wsr only and that franchise their name or techniques out? I get alot of people asking me if My business is a franchise. All i can tell them is no. I had one guy offer to buy my business already.

Do any of you charge your fleet customers flat rate pricing for unlimited rock chip repairs, like 800.00 for unlimited chips?
