Re: hair dryer
Hi Vabit2000, this is a somewhat old issue, it has been discussed over and over, even recently. But you can't know that so that's just fine. May I suggest that you do a quick search, using the search engine available here on the board, search for example under ''moisture'' - ''removal'' or even ''hair dryer''
I think that this will bring the answers to your (good and relevant) question.

Re: hair dryer
It heats up much to large an area. the idea when removing moisture is to heat the area where the moisture is and that alone, then allow that area to cool back down again allowing the damage to reopen, repeat as often as required. Having possibly only about 10 days of the year when drying out is not required in the UK I have tried every method anyone has come up with and a lot more, believe me the Drystar or well practised use of a micro torch is the only way.
Frank whilst I agree we have discussed this matter for eternity, you never know someone might have a new idea, certainly the one I wrote about and started using recently has recieved good reports from guys doing the same over here. I talk about the cooling block 20 years it took me to think of a way to succesfully really speed up the dry out process and I know it works.

Re: hair dryer
You are too right Screenman, new ideas and experiences are indeed always worth to be discussed. But that was not the question?

Re: hair dryer
I stopped going to the barber when it started taking him longer to find it than cut is. Funny most of it has gone since i joined this forum, must be due to all the stress you lot give me.
Monday tomorrow guys get out there and earn some good money and whilst you are doing it have a laugh and enjoy yourselves.
Sorry for takijng it off topic, just hoped to put a smile on some faces.
