Is anybody happy with their software provider
I have been in the business for 5 years and am getting overwhelmed with the problem of lynx accepting the electronic invoicing from my 3rd party software. Can anyone point me to a software company that they are happy with?

I switched to Quest about 10 years ago. Have never had a problem with them rejecting invoices. What company are you with and why are they rejecting your invioces?

Re: Is anybody happy with their software provider
I have not had the problem you describe but I also can not say I am thrilled with my provider either. I think most do a good job. EDI service providers are a necessary evil to minimze the process and submission fees and right now to the best of my knowledge Lynx is the last hold out but if and when the allow online invoicing I will not have a need for one. So for now I will follow the path of least resistance.

Re: Is anybody happy with their software provider
I use DataTranz to do my EDIs.....
It's a Windows based software, so if you run a MAC, you will have to partition the drive and install either XP or Vista.
It takes about 2 weeks to get my money directly deposited into my account.
They're reasonable on their Software, they charge annually plus $.99 per transaction.
So, if I run 40 jobs for the month, I will pay $.99 X 40 at the end of the month, plus my monthly payment for the software. Since we also do replacements, I use the software that has NAGS, so it cost me around $600 annually.
