Why do you ask?
Did you come across these guys in your area?
I went to Google.
You probably mean this....
...Auto Glass Repair and Replacement Florida Miami, Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, Texas Houston, San Antonio, Dallas, California, Boston, New York, ...???
It is a website under construction. glassc2c dot com
And no, Big Welshman, I have never seen it before.
.......Jenna Parslow, 21, was arrested last week in Hernando County, Fla., and is charged with criminal mischief and possession of drug paraphernalia (CLICK HERE for related story.) Two vehicle owners claim Parslow damaged their windshields and then entered Florida Pawn Brokers, where they had stopped, and offered to fix the damage........
Well, what can we say, it is good news that at least some ''bad guys'' were stopped from doing this. We all know that it has happened in the past, it will happen even today and unfortunately it will continue to happen.
I believe that the above is the reason for your question Big Welshman?
Hi there Frank, You are correct they do not have a good name in the Industry ie cold calling office building & buisness telling a person with a chip windshield that they can repair it ? then advising the insured they cannot fix it ??and then replacing the windshield, The Glassbyte artical is reference to the same company , this sort of buisness is not good for the industry-.This company seems to go into a state and makes a quick buck and leaves????
