Delta Equipment

Post by TGD »

I have been a customer of another Delta competeing company for many years. I have purchased and used thier equipment for a long time.. Just over the past year, I started to try Delta's equipment to see how it compared with the others. I have to say that the outcome of the repairs are just about the same, BUT hands down, Delta has by far better quality equipment, so much easier to use than the other, and the cutomer service that Delta provides is by far the best around in my opinion. I have contacted Korey many times and the guy has always helped me out, a true gentleman that takes the time necessary to help. I just recieved another order from Delta and I am impressed with the quality of the Sring Hammer. I purchased a similar tool from the other company and it broke in my hand on the first use, after applying a little pressure, while I tried to flex a break (broke in half, not the tip). From now on, I will deal only with Delta. :D
Just curious, what are some of your experiences with other Windshield Repair companies (Please do not name the company out of respect to them).
Thanks

I guess everyone agrees with me that Delta provides the best customer service around. I just wanted to share my experience with everyone on the board. Thanks!

Hii there! My name is Lindsey. I'm new to Delta Equipment, and new to the business. I'm about to purchase my first Delta kit and plan to attend the training in Oregon on the 12th. This is great information to hear!! We want the best tools out there to help us provide quality work and service to our customers. We can't be productive with cheap tools that break on us all the time. We decided to go with Delta, also, because of all they have to offer as far as customer service, technical support, networking, etc. All of these features will come in very handy as our business grows. I look forward to working with Delta, and I'm sure I made the right decision by choosing Delta equipment!

Hi,
As I can't speak about Delta's Equipment.....I CAN speak about their customer service.
I have been called by them and they answered ALL my questions knowing I purchased equipment from
someone else.
If all goes well we will be moving to Southeastern Idaho close to Jackson Hole Wy. in early March or April. I am hoping
to start working in that area when I get there.
When I get the chance I WILL BE attending Delta's Training in Oregon. I think a person can never have to much training.

As a sold out client to Delta, I must say it pleases me to hear of others that share the same enthusiasm as I do to a certain product, service and or company .
Delta truly holds up to their motto "Simply the Best" thats why they recieve so much HATE mail!

Korey never seems to suprise me as he is always a step ahead of each and ever technical an non-technical situation at hand. brent is a great guy and indeed knows how and what it takes to operate such an incrediable business! The tools manufactured by Delta are top nothch without any unessecary hoses or some huge 1989 looking computer that you have to lug around either.

Buying from Delta in my own opinion is the smartest decision and investment you will make.

If you are just getting into this business as I see some of you are, I strongly urge you to take advantage of the FREE training they offer just by purchasing one of their kits How awesome is that! Hey and they will even throw in a fresh bag of penuts in your order each and every time! (Although I got to let them know the hot penuts don't like me to well) LOL!

I honestly believe you will not find a company and team like that of Delta! All around!

Rookies, watch as many videos as you can. D as much research as you can and PRACTICE! PRACTICE! PRACTICE!
Shape your craft all the way around. Get the technique down , get yourself looking professional, get yourself some business cards and give them to everyone! When your at the grocery store, gas pump, drive-thru heck I have even given them to construction workers! That's paid off!

Build your business, take your time and I know you will succeed! AND ASK LOTS OF QUESTIONS!

Good Luck! & Congratulations!

i got to agree....not only their customer service is good, their after sales service is excellent as well.

recently,my cordless drill battery could not be charge anymore,
not too sure whether it is the battery or the charger faulty as i seldom use it.

upon email korey about this.
he replaced me the battery n charger with no questions asked.

and this just show how good and trustworthy they are :D

I agree, Korey is an asset to Delta Kits and I'm sure they are well aware of this. Delta has always had great customer support. At least as long as I have been dealing with them. My first tools werent Delta tools. I got my hands on a Delta kit last year and am very, very happy with the results I get and the simplicity of the tools. Complicated is seldom better I am learning. Good job Delta!!
