Legal entity S Corp or LLC?

Does anyone know which legal entity is best for our business? I know most people such as myself start as a sole propietor. But the with liablity factor, I need some protection from one of the these entities. Anyone care to weigh in? I researched the difference, but still can't deciede.

Personally I like and use LLC. Be fore you decide which one I would talk to a good CPA Accountant and/or a Good attorney. That is if you can find a "good" attorney.
