Anyone know of an GOOD and AFFORDABLE website designer?

Just wondering if anyone out there knows of a good and affordable website designer....I know I can build my own but the templates dont seem to be what I want. Thanks for your help.

I would suggest to take care of following things before designing your own websites as :-
1:professional and engaging to your customer
2:full tested for browser compatible
3:eye catching and unique
4:search engine friendly

Also ask the developer to focus on following points:-
1: It should be portable so that it can be protected from being outdated
2:complexity of code should be hidden from users
3:cheap
4:fast
5:should avoid redundancy
there are many website and videos from where you can get required content and tool and technique to design affordable and good websites

I used the 1and1 website builder. It is crazy easy to design and the editing is cut and paste. I just looked at other wsr companies and came up with some ideas to make my own. Cost for me is about $20/mo.
