Do any of you use polarized sunglasses?

So as Im out in the direct sun doing some practice Ive noticed the glare off the windshield can be a bit annoying! (Thats right I practice in the direct sunlight too, I figure you wont always have a perfect temp and shade, so learn it the hard way!)

Anyways, Im just wondering if anyone here has had a chance to try polarized sunglasses and if it helped cut down on the glare?

I wear Costa Del Mar sunglasses. They are made for fishermen and they work great in glare. Be sure to get the 580 lenses, they are about $250.00 but worth every dime.
