Invoice design help?

I am trying to get all my ducks in a row to start business soon. I need some help on invoices. Do you go to a printing shop with a design, do they help you, copy someone elses? Anyone who would like to send me a copy of their's, I would appreciate it. It will get me started on what I need to have on mine. You can email me with an attachment, or fax it to 830-947-4039. Thanks a bunch. Looking forward to class in Eugene this Friday.

I'm just curious. I purchased my repair equipment from GT and they include a print ready invoice along with print ready advertising samples.

Do other repair manufacturers not include these items in thier supplies?

Hey Jeff, just post or pm your fax number and I will send it to you. I could scan it and send it through e-mail but the quality would suffer if you want to actually use it.
