Hiring Employees

Tooldini, i am not in this business just yet but i know sales will definitely be my weakness as well. I am now trying to get my marketing plan together to initially get business because like you, i am not one to approach people. I think from the research i have done, one could be successful with a good marketing plan and little sales. Of course i dont know this for a fact but i do know my area is over-crowded and there is constantly road construction everywhere. But as for the hiring of a sales person, seems like a good idea. There are risks but this is business. I just thought i would reply to your post because it seems we have the same sales deficiency...(even though im not in this business just yet)..Good luck!!!...hopefully i will be able to share many experiences with you all in the near future!!!!
