You definitely need those. I'm not sure how much they are, but give me a call and i'll get you a few n/c except shipping.JAC wrote:Now, I've got a new problem. I don't have a "felt thing" in the suction cup of my B300. Is it supposed to be there while in use? If so, why?

I'll give you a call in the next few days. I'll probably get a few supplies too.
What exactly does the felt thing in the suction area do?

Does your injector look exactly like this:
If not, give me a call right away and we'll get you fixed up. From your description, it sounds like you got one of the "beta" ones by accident. There were a few that got out that were like you describe.
When looking, look at the head of the piston very closely to see if it looks exactly like yours. As I said, give me a call right away and we'll get the problem sorted out for you!
Jeff,
First off, I would like to say a big WOW for just offering to make things right. Although I'm sure I don't have a Beta version. I'll bring it to training next month so we can verify everything though I've just put it up against the screen and they match perfectly.
As an injector, it works and does the job well. However, as a personal choice for the reasons listed earlier, I choose to use the older ones before grabbing the I-100.
The area circled in red is what I was speaking about that should be either deeper or machined to match.

Definitely beta version...Give me a call, or we can wait for training to swap it out, whichever you prefer.Mike Allen wrote:Jeff,

Re: Wow ! "delta Forum And No Replies"
My father picked up a new kit at the August training and has the same injector. Funny as my brother runs a machine shop and made the same comment about how he thought those 'should' seat better also..
