Clear,
A lot of polishes leave a residue that make it hard work for the wipers. If you hqave found one that does not thats great.

I love the Bissel glass cleaner in a spray can at Big Lots too! It's only a buck and it last a long time. I'm sure that I will have to go back to windshield washer fluid this Winter.

Using wax on the windshield to clean it will make a repair more difficult because the resin will not want to stick.

Clean white rag soaking wet(water), squeeze excess out add a splash of paint thinner(mineral sprits) to rag. Clean glass with rag, dry with newspaper. Works great especially in full sun. HTH

Invisible Glass by Stoner is the best I have found. U can find it at Wal Mart or Auto parts stores for 4.00 a can.

Important rule of service.

Always clean the windshield if there is a hot babe sitting inside the car attentively looking at what you are doing. Cleaning the windshield will mean you will be there that little bit longer.

If you run out of window cleaner, for gods sake use your spit' IT WORKS A TREAT.
