Just by way of update I had a chance to look at some of the paint touch up systems and the one I would go for would be Blending Colours. By far the best chip and scratch repair system I have seen.
Also Delta Kits also have the best quality repair bridge and injector I have seen. There was another one which I looked at which was Liquid Resins, I would and did choose Delta,
Hope this helps.

How can I tell if there is a market for chip repair in my area? It is hard to get dealers to pay me $30.00 for a chip repair. Since I really don't know much about chip repair it would be of value to go with a company that had great training and continued communication. I just don't have the money right now so they are all too much :( but if I found there was a big need for this I could probably figure a way to get money
