I would not have it as a stand alone product. You are right... To do it mobile you would probably just break even or lose money.. Time, Gas (3.30 a gallon), ect... But I sure would advertise the heck out of it at a tent location. Because if people didnt have a chip, they might be intrigued to spend 15.00 on location since they are in the area...

How about tyre seal for fixed site locations.

Not sure if you were being serious Screenman,

But you never know, maybe your on to something!
How would you advertise it? "Plug And Go" or something like that?

Do you have Ultraseal over there if not do a google for it. You will find what I am talking about.

I googled it and it seems like it would be an interesting add on.. BUT, whats the startup costs, and if it is something that would catch on, how come people like Belle Tire wouldnt offer it.. Since now they offer Windshield Replacement and Repair... LOL

Now if I am correct Belle tyre sells tyres, would you sell something that makes the glass virtually unchipable as an upsell. I have no idea of the start up costs as I do no want to add anything to my business as most of my time is spent training and not repairing nowadays. As most of you know I do pdr as well as glass and boy do those two keep you busy if you want to be.
