I'm not really sure how this started, but apparently someone from the NWRA approached Jeff and conveyed an urgency to assemble the troops in an effort to better, or at least protect the present WSR industry.

Admirably many have stepped forward with smaller financial contributions instead of commiting to membership for $99.

I have no idea what kind of financial shape the NWRA is in-nor do I care. I assume they just work within a budget with whatever money they have. They can only do so much. When the money is exhausted, the fight is done. If this ever happens and they "pull the plug". THAT'S IT.... WE'RE DONE . There will be no professional WSR oganization left.

We can perhaps start our own new one, and exclude the big network boys and replacement guys. Hey, then we could ask to borrow the old NWRA's literature so we can figure out how to get set up.... Then.... We can build a website.....then we can solicit memberships... Buy a phone system...Fax machine ....stationary.....get credit cards....Hire a full time secretary............. ](*,) ](*,) ](*,) lease office space...P.O. box... and have the credibility of putting est.2004 on our company logo

To get back to my point guys this is a MEMBERSHIP DRIVE . Not a fundraiser . Bob/paintlessplus

I have seen posts here regarding the NWRA that are blatant bomb throwing without any given reason for the stated opinion. Back up your derogatory statements with at least some kind of reasoning. A forum is for the exchange of ideas and information. Even though I don't agree with him I do respect Desertstars for putting his view and the reasons behind his view out there for the world to see.

Name calling, that's really going to help your credibility. Again please explain your reason for taking this stance. I had a problem with joining simply because I didn't want to join an organization that a certain manufacturer/replacement company/network was also a member of. In the end I decided to take the advice of keeping your friends close and your enemies closer.
